The Ancient Pyramid

Story

"A long time ago the Mice helped the Giant Furless to build a machine embedded in a pyramide to appease the gods. As the years passing by the machine eroded away its screws and cogs and so did the memory of its purpose.

Now the machine is broken and the Giant Furless fear the wrath of the gods that shall rain upon them. Legends tell if the machine comes to its absolute stop the earth will perish. The Furless humbly entreat the Mice for help. So the brave mice must gather and send their most valorous warrior to seek out what is broken deep inside the tiny tunnels of the ancient pyramid."

Goal

The goal of the game in this iteration is to find the green sphere and collect it in order to complete the level. After that, a new level will be generated.

Known Issues

  • The player character sometimes falls into the sceen after loading
  • Some enemies may behave weirdly (glitching through the ground, being faster, than others)
  • Pausing the game does not stop the enemies from moving
  • Wall collisions do not work properly
  • UIs do not work with the controller

Download the-ancient-pyramid-win-x86.zip and extract all its content to a desired destination. Double click on Pyramide.exe to start the game.

Ich habe ein bisschen gespielt und das Spiel hat mir gefallen. Aber es gibt einige Verbesserungen, welche sie machen koenen: 1) Ich habe kein Gefuehl, dass ich in einen anderen Zimmer gegangen bin(Machen Sie bitte das Kamera sich bewegen werden waehrend ich in anderen Zimmer gehe) 2) Wenn ich auf ein Gegner klicke, Character soll an meine Cursor gucken(oder auf Gegner). Vielen Dank fuer das Spiel! (ich bin zu faul um Deutsche Klaviatur benutzten, entsch, also entsch fuer mein Deutsch )

Thank you so much for your feedback! Feel free to answer in english, but I really appreciate the german text! We want to update the page to also display an english text. 

We have a few ideas and polishes, that we want to implement in the game, but we don't know yet, when this will happen. Think of this version of the game as a proof-of-concept state.
